A site survey from GoldnBear goes beyond cameras and locks. We walk the property the way an intruder, an angry customer or a disgruntled employee would, and identify where access is loose, where sight lines fail, where procedures are ignored, and where the environment itself invites conflict. We then deliver a written report with prioritized recommendations, from no-cost procedural changes to staffing, technology and physical improvements. Clients use it to set up security for the first time, to fix a program that is not working, or to satisfy insurers and landlords.
Behavioral threat assessment is the part most consultants cannot offer. When a specific person is causing concern, whether an employee, a former partner, a tenant, a fan or a stranger, we assess the credibility and trajectory of the threat using the same methods we apply in the field: history, stressors, communication patterns, access to the target and access to weapons. The result is a clear picture of the actual risk and a management plan that reduces it without provoking the person. Our veterans and social workers work together on these assessments.
We also train. GoldnBear trains bodyguards and security staff for other organizations, delivers self-defense and situational awareness training for celebrities, executives and their families, and teaches frontline employees how to recognize and de-escalate conflict. Our instructors include professional fighters, combat and self-defense trainers and US Army veterans. Risk Assessment: your questions
